What are your fees?
Individual Therapy
$150 for 50-minute sessions
$225 for 90-minute sessions
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, or struggling with self-worth or relationship patterns, individual therapy offers a space to slow down, feel supported, reconnect with yourself, and confidently take the next step.
Couples Therapy
$150 for 50-minute sessions
$225 for 90-minute sessions
90-minute sessions are often recommended for couples. They offer more spacious time for each partner to feel seen and heard, and for us to work through patterns, practice new tools, and move at a supportive pace.
Ketamine Therapy
$450 for 3 hour session
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) offers a unique doorway into healing by combining a legal, evidence-backed medicine with skilled therapeutic guidance. If you're feeling stuck, disconnected, struggling with depression, trauma, or existential distress, KAP can support deeper insight, emotional release, and inner reconnection.

Therapy is a collaborative process—not a one-way conversation. You’ll never be judged or pushed faster than you’re ready to go. We’ll explore what’s important to you, slow down when things feel overwhelming, and work at a pace that honors your nervous system, your history, and your hopes. I may offer reflection, insight, or suggest tools—but I won’t tell you what to do. My job is to help you hear yourself more clearly, make sense of your experience, and support your ability to choose with intention and clarity.
