Therapy By Lindsay:

My approach is relational, somatic, and rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS).

That means I don’t just listen to what you say—I pay attention to what your body is telling us, to the subtle shifts in tone, emotion, and presence. Together, we’ll explore your inner world with curiosity, care, and depth.

IFS is a non-pathologizing approach to therapy that sees all of us as made up of different “parts”—each with their own emotions, thoughts, or behaviors—that have developed throughout our lives. Often, these parts carry pain from past experiences or unmet needs. In our work, we’ll get to know them with compassionate curiosity, so you can begin to lead your life from a deeper place of clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

My style is warm, collaborative, and engaged. I’ll never sit silently while you struggle—I’m in this with you. We’ll identify your goals, uncover what’s getting in the way, and build on your strengths. You’ll learn to name what you're feeling, listen to your body’s wisdom, and respond to your needs with self-trust.

I welcome people of all genders, identities, and lived experiences. You don’t need to fit into a box here. This is a space to be fully yourself, in whatever season of growth you’re in.
